Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Reno, NV)

Nova Orchard Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Reno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
