Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
