Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Manufacturing is a Buffalo manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
