Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Anchorage focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
