Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
