Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
