Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
