Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Quarry Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Pittsburgh region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
