Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Cedar Wilder Manufacturing is a San Jose manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
