Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
