Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Summit Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Spokane producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
