Nova Drift Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
