Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Mill Hospitality is a hospitality company in Portland with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
