Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Greenridge Yarrow Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
