Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Greenridge Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
