Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Construction is a Toledo contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
