Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Virginia Beach, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
