Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Seattle, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
