Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Quarry Freight is a Birmingham logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
