Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Amberfield West Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Buffalo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 545 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
