Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
