Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Honolulu, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
