Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Juniper Care Services provides in-home and community support in Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
