Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Ventures is a cultural organisation in Little Rock presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 485 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
