Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Beacon Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
