Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
