Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Birmingham with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
