Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Union Facilities is a facilities company in San Jose with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 461 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
