Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Cedar Ashton Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Denver. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
