Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Linden Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites.
