Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 263 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
