Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
