Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Pittsburgh, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
