Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Baltimore, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
