Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline River Housing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 423 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services.
