Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Birmingham, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
