Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Linden Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Columbus. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
