Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
