Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
