Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Buffalo and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
