Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Columbus. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
