Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Umber Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around San Jose. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
