Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Savannah design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
