Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Stone Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 454 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
