Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing makes precision components in Des Moines, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
