Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
