Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Community Partners is a nonprofit in Denver supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
