Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Birch Freight is a Oakland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We reward reliability. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
