Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark West Freight is a Seattle logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
