Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Virginia Beach with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
